Nakshtra – Shipping Queries (FAQs)
1. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹ 500
For orders below ₹499, a standard delivery charge of ₹60 applies.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
Delivery timelines:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–7 business days
3. Do you offer express/fast delivery?
Yes, express delivery is available at an additional cost. Timelines and charges will be shown at checkout.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID.
You can track it directly on our website under Track Order.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India (update if you provide international shipping).
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing the order.
7. What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If still undelivered, the package will be returned, and we will contact you for reshipping.
8. How are the products packaged?
All Nakshtra products are carefully packed with protective packaging to ensure they reach you safely.
9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on orders up to ₹300(if applicable).
